I would like to request maintainership for Google Compute Engine Plugin. In the past, I have worked on maintaining the integration tests - https://github.com/jenkinsci/google-compute-engine-plugin/pull/495. and worked on a couple of features, which helped me learn this plugin. Currently working few more new features - https://github.com/jenkinsci/google-compute-engine-plugin/pulls/gbhat618 (more to come) - which will improve the plugin by adding features similar to those available in the ec2-plugin; these won't cause any compatibility issues.

In the past, I have also created issues https://github.com/jenkinsci/google-compute-engine-plugin/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20author%3Agbhat618. Occasionally, responded to issues reported by other users, but couldn't close them due to not having the rights.

I would like to do the following as a maintainer,

* keep the plugin baseline up to date

* get the new features I am working on into the plugin

* close the already completed issues by putting appropriate comments with links.

* review the existing issues and open PRs to see if they are still relevant and engage in the conversation.
