Request to join scm-sync-configuration plugin

Hello everyone.

My name is Guillermo Palacio and i'm in charge of jenkins in my company.

I would like to maintain the scm-sync-configuration plugin, as it seems nobody is taking care of it.

I have tried to create a Jenkins account to be able to follow the procedure but i did not receive the confirmation email, so my account is disabled.

Anyhow i can get it enable to continue with the steps suggested under Adopt a plugin doc?

Have you tried contacting Craig Rodriguez? He took over maintainership just ~2 years ago. We ask that you make an effort of contacting the previous maintainer in a situation such as this to give them a chance to respond. Please CC him into this thread at least.

Regarding the account issue, please keep an eye on https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/INFRA-1360 that is tracking the problem.

Please file a PR to https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/ as described in the repository readme. Please mention that you're taking over as maintainer, and need Git repo access (if applicable).

It seems no release has been done on the plugin since you were added to the maintainers, and mentions on github seem to have little effect.
@guipal, do you still have plans to maintain this plugin?
