Latest LTS RC was made public and it is ready to be tested. Final
release is scheduled for 2020-05-20.

So is 2.222.4 getting built? It was supposed to be released yesterday
but https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/tree/stable-2.222 has no
recent activity.
