Who should review and fork plugin hosting requests?

I have been waiting since 20 nov for my plugin to be forked:
I already have another plugin hosted and it looks like I can fork the new plugin by myself. Perhaps I am suppose to do that?

Hi Tomas,
There's no person assigned to the request reviews right now, but this process is under review. Currently there are several people doing it (Victor, Ulli, Daniel, me and probably somebody else).
Seems there was a schedule collision on the late November, and nobody had enough time to work on it. At least I was unable to read Jenkins ML at all due to the personal urgency. I'll try to review the incoming queue on this week.
