Governance board meeting today at 8 UTC

Sorry for the late announcement but the todays Governance board meeting will start at 8 UTC (and not at 7 UTC). That means in 1hour and 15 minutes. According to the poll at https://community.jenkins.io/t/change-time-of-jenkins-governance-meeting-to-8-utc/437 this will be the standard time for the next meeting again (20th October).

Starting from November (then we are in standard time again) the meetings will be at 9 UTC.
