help with libvirt cloud configuration needed

Hi,
when starting libvirt-plugin with hpi:run accessing
http://jenkinsdev:8080/jenkins/configure
trying to add a new cloud "Hypervisor (via libvirt)"
the config ui doesnt show up and i see Errors
"AttributeProvider id not found"
"AttributeProvider element not found"
in the on page Logger console.
when running the plugin in "normal" mode it works.
can someone point me to the likely source of this behaviour ?
Also would you consider this a release blocking issue ?
