wiki.jenkins.io at your service

Thanks to some work by Olivier (olblak), we finally have another service moved
under jenkins.io: https://wiki.jenkins.io/

Both wiki.jenkins-ci.org and wiki.jenkins.io point to the exact same thing
right now, but the server's configuration has been updated to default to
wiki.jenkins.io.
