Cannot access JIRA/wiki anymore. Password reset not working

Hi,

I cannot access Jenkins JIRA/wiki anymore (wrong password) and the
password reset e-mails don't arrive in my inbox.
Can an admin please have a look.

User id: kutzi
BTW: my account was migrated from a java.dev.net account
