Wiki outage scheduled for 1pm PDT today

Before the weekend I'm going to take the wiki offline shortly so the OSUOSL and
I can expand the memory and disk of the virtual machine. This should make
incidents like this morning's go away.

Sorry for the late notice, this slipped through the cracks this week :/

Both the wiki and issue tracker hosts have been rebooted and are now back
online.

We now have a lot more memory for both Confluence and JIRA, so things should be
a bit faster I hope!
