Request to become maintainer of Dependency Graph View Plugin

Hi, I extended the Dependency Graph View Plugin to also support Pipeline Jobs. I already filed a PR which is ready to merge.

Unfortunately, the plugin currently doesn't have a maintainer, but I'd be willing to adopt it.

I hereby request to be made a maintainer of this plugin (including commit access to the plugin repository).
