New plugin development: vscale.io slave

Hi guys,

We are planning to develop jenkins-plugin to run slave jobs on https://vscale.io

So it'll be very similar to DigitalOcean plugin.

If you are interested in contribution, join https://github.com/vscale/jenkins-vscale

API documentation: https://developers.vscale.io/documentation/api/v1/ (sadly it's only in russian, english version comming soon)

If you are interested, than you can use SCALET200 coupon for your testing purposes.

Are there any plans/milestones?

Yeap, it took more time to begin than we thought.

Our team is too small, so we haven't enough time to spend on this plugin, but i hope there will be some movements soon.
