I am trying to build two jobs from two different project, one is dependent on .Net Framework 4.0 and other requires v4.6.1. How would I achieve this in Jenkins? as v4.6.1 replaces MSBUILD.EXE.

Guys,

I am trying to build two jobs within Jenkins, one requires .Net framework 4.0 and other is based on V4.6.1. There is no provision to co-exist v4.0 and v4.6.1 on a same machine so I just want to know if there is any way to manage these two builds except managing Slave machine.

Thank you for your help.

Your should be able to specify the target framework version in your msbuild files.
