Becoming a maintainer for the Nomad plugin

Hello,

I'd like to become a maintainer for the Nomad plugin, available at https://github.com/jenkinsci/nomad-plugin/

I made a pull request a while ago to fix an issue related to the refactoring from tables to divs, as shown in https://github.com/jenkinsci/nomad-plugin/pull/73.

• The current GitHub maintainer, Adrian Fedoreanu (@phedoreanu) said several times he doesn't have time to properly contribute to the plugin
• He also doesn't have access to the Jenkins infrastructure to release a new version of the plugin, see https://github.com/jenkinsci/nomad-plugin/pull/73#issuecomment-748690698

Adrian is aware of my demand and is OK with it (see https://github.com/jenkinsci/nomad-plugin/pull/73#issuecomment-820372249)

My Github username and Jenkins infrastructure account IDs are both "multani".

If you want to do releases, you'll have to do a PR for https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/blob/master/permissions/plugin-nomad.ymland have Adrian approve it.

In the mean time I'll give you you commit access make sure you accept the invite from the bot.
