build environment cannot be loaded after restarting the jenkins server

Hello, all

I am running into an issue with jenkins, the build environment part configuration cannot be loaded again after restarting the jenkins server.

Have anyone met this issue too?

It's quite a severe bug in my opinion, any comment?
