Task is failing with java: command not found error

Hi, While connecting to the slave I keep getting the following java not found error. Tried setting the JAVA_HOME for that user in ~/.bashrc and ~./profile     I1211 00:25:03.001273 19446 exec.cpp:217] Executor registered on slave 07411174-99b6-4993-afad-aec3d6146347-S0sh: java: command not found

Hi Abhishek,

Looks like that command is using sh, not bash (which is what would normally read in the .bashrc and .profile). Have you tried adding it to /etc/profile?

Hi Sunil,

No luck I also added JAVA_HOME to PATH.

Keep getting the following error:

sh: java: command not found

Are you using the Mesos containeriser or Docker? You'll need to make sure your Docker image is set up appropriately.
