Hello y'all!

As per https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/4576, we are requesting that Stephane is granted admin. permissions on the jenkins-infra GitHub organization.

Given the valuable contributions, his duties, I'm giving a +1 to this, but I would want to have other members feedbacks before proceeding.
