Does anyone know how JEB displays the original code when decompiling APK?

If you are referring to data and string decryption, unreflected code, etc., it is achieved through a combination of static analysis (heuristics and de-optimizations), emulation, and sandboxing.

Go back to Assembly, Control+TAB (redecompile), untick Enable Deobfuscators.
