Hello All,

I'm trying to set SLA Due Date in a simple process as 5 days for the task. But it doesn't get set for the task. Can someone please let me know the correct syntax? I'm using RH PAM 7.6 which is equivalent to jBPM 7.30

Thanks,

The syntax is correct :

Is is a duration expression like:
1ms - one millisecond
1s- one second
1m - one minute
1h - one hour
1d - one day

Are you facing any problem?Like You can not see the SLA due date/time in  NodeInstanceLog or any other issue.

I'm using API's to retrieve task information and I do not see the task expiration date set. Am I missing something here?

Hi Yokesh,

Notice that REST API for returning task information from taskId (tasks/instances/{id} path) it has an optional param to include SLA due date, when true (default is false).
So, you have to set it up explicitly to true. Hope it helps.

Thanks Amit & Gonzalo. I'm trying to retrieve the assigned tasks for a user using the API "/services/rest/server/queries/tasks/instances/pot-owners?page=0&pageSize=10&sortOrder=true"

As suggested, I did enter SLA due date as 1m for 1 minute. But, task-expiration-date never gets populated.

But when I execute the query to retrieve a single task info withSLA=true using the API "/services/rest/server/queries/tasks/instances/8?withSLA=true" SLA get populated but still not the task-expiration-time.

  1. What is the difference between task-expiration-time and sla-due-date?
  2. How do I retrieve all assigned Tasks for a user along with the SLA information / task expiration? Basically user should be able to sort based on it and complete the ones that are about to miss SLA's

On the same topic, sla due date configuration field in Business Central (jbpm 7.15) is not available on the right panel menu!

No! I don't have this option!

I don't understand!   Supposedly this was introduced in jbpm 7.7.

 I have jbpm 7.15 !!
