Morning All,

Time for a new thread.

That being said, while the Jays are currently out of the playoffs, there is still lots to write about. Those of you who have been with us for a while know that the offseason can be one of our busiest times of the year, so lets keep going hard in October and put up some solid numbers.

Ideas:

1) Should George Springer move to one of the corner outfield positions next year (and moving forward)
2) If you had to trade one, which one would you trade and why (Gurriel vs Hernandez; the three catchers).
3) What a multi-year Striping deal might look like (use his final stats compared to other pitchers from previous seasons if you want)
4) Can the Blue Jays find a way to trade away Kikuchi's contract?
5) What will Nate Pearsons role be moving forward (he is currently heading to play winter ball)
6) Whit Merrifield's role in 2023
7) Will the Blue Jays deal from any of their young core not named Guerrero or Bichette>
8) Examining Ross Atkins end of season remarks.
9) Will ownership be willing to spend past the luxury tax and what that would mean for the Blue Jays
10) Who the Blue Jays should extend first: Guerrero, Bichette, or Manoah
11) Highlight propsects who did well this year in the Minors (do it by team if you like)
12) Will Orelvis Martinez or Ricky Tiedemann be MLB ready next year?
13) Five prospects who could crack the Jays roster in 2023
14) What Hyun Jin Ryu's injury means to the 2023 roster (especially if Stripling leaves)

Lots to write about and your ideas are welcome.

Or should I say, “of course it’s safe and that’s the problem!” 

Shapiro and Atkins are here until 2026 whether we like it not. I do not like it. They’ve made zero World Series appearances in 22 years of front office work together. Their Blue Jay teams have lost eight of their last nine playoff games. 

I think they struggle with MLB talent and roster management, and don’t understand the alchemy of building a team ready to go deep in the postseason. The sample size of failure is huge. 

Meanwhile, the guy they replaced is building a Hall of Fame resume in Atlanta.  Ross Atkins is not Hall of Fane material.

It also seems that there is a lot of steam gaining online about trading Alejandro Kirk this winter after Joe Sid fall’s tweet earlier today if somebody wants to do a yes or no take.

I was hoping to do a piece looking at some random/interesting stats from this past season. While researching my last article I found lots of stuff like Vladdy having the slowest average home run trot so I think there's a lot of potential here.

sorry for the very late submission as I asked for this a couple weeks ago, but to say I've been swamped is an understatement.  Any ways, comparing Bichette to other elite hitting short stops is in.
