Heya gang,Ā 

Just wanted to start a fresh thread here and thank those that were contributing in July. We managed to get back to the goal number of 100 posts as a team, which is great to see, and a benchmark we'd like to get back to with regularity.Ā 

The deadline is over, but with the Blue Jays chasing down a playoffĀ spot there is always plenty to write about. Never be shy about hitting up Tyson and I if you want some help comingĀ up with ideas. We're always happy to help with that, and anything else you may need.Ā

Thanks Chris for starting a new thread! Here are some ideas for those looking for inspiration for the weekend:

I just add media choose a Getty image and it shows up automatically. Just make sure to use grammerly as thereā€™s sometimes a mistake in the captions.

Sometimes if you use Imagn, there is no descriptor for whatever reason where the licensing with Getty will have the caption.Ā

Is there a way to see on Baseball Reference or MLB Savant the results of games for pitchers caught by Alejandro Kirk and Danny Jansen. Iā€™m intrigued to see why some pitchers like Gausman and Manoah are having success with Kirk while Berrios seems to not have his best when Jano is behind the dish.Ā

Can I write about how the Jays run the risk of losing the tiebreakers against five of the six teams closest to them in the wildcard? While they beat Chicago 4-2 in the season series, theyā€™ve already lost their season series with Cleveland, Minnesota and Seattle. But they run the risk of losing tiebreakers against Tampa Bay (4-6) and Baltimore (2-4) as well, which is concerning given there are seven teams (including the Jays) all within 3.0 games of each other in the wild card chase.
