Dear Shri Nagarajan
You would kindly not that I have been for a number years raising the subject of air emissions from our STP. I have proved thro literature the conterminous nature of these emissions. I have worked in a distillery and the issue is identical for 18 years along with our Shri V Balakrishnan.
What I wanted is even our sewage has a stack for every six houses and a stack is necessary.
UV enterprises our past contractor recommended a stack
COM approved to erect a stack
But Sri Govindan VETOED it after a long time but agreed at the meeting.
The new contractor also has suggested to provide a stack.
During last year AGM Sri Govindan came out with a formula and this issue will be referred to three people who are acceptable to both and I agreed.
When I raised it latter he said it does form part of minutes of meeting.

TDS from contractors is a must and we are not following the act. At some time if this was found out, we may be fined, and interest charged on daily basis.
This tax has nothing to do with association but has to be deducted and remitted to government. There could be a huge burden and omissions of COM
When it is lakhs of rupees cannot be a part of Association expenses and I repeated said myself house number 89 and my son’s house 103 will not share the expenses.

They could asked me for a discussion, and there are certain contagious issues. I for one want to pay all dues to the Government properly and would not like to shield those things.

Here we differ and I am leaving it to AGM but want to protect myself and my son from any monetary commitment
Painting charges quoted and More are less accepted was the basis and COM agreed to pay five lakhs and 13000 per house.
The quote was brought down considerably by NIPPON and there by the association did not contribute their agreed share of five lakhs but collected 13000 from each house, which is five thousand rupees extra from each house.
So the history of threat started.
EN MASS resignation is not permitted by Societies act, they should call
Extra ordinary general body meeting and hand over charge.

These are main contentions.  I leave it to HIM

Thanks
Seshadri .

Dear Mr Deva
With regard to painting compound wall barbed wire was not included in original
Estimate. Amount spent on CCTV was much more than estimate. JARA report
Did not mention over run and specifically five lakhs as agreed was contributed to
Painting. Setting off is accounting jugglery which is accepted one sister company
Loss is adjusted against profit of another
I can tear out the reasons for accounting this one revenue and another capital since
In both of the cases Service charge and TDS are involved.
If you are confident of what you have done is right please tell me and I can approach
Chartered accountants association Chennai Chapter.
Please reply
Regards
Thanks

Dear sir

Ref your mail barbed wire painting was not included in original estimate, mistake done by paint committee. They must included.

Please confirm,  because of the above excess collected of Rs.5000 from members.

CC TV:
please recall your quote in 16th AGM held on 24th April 2016,      " now wifi cameras are available, can we go for that, not require to lay cables". If we choose that methodology is cheaper than this.

Refer yesterday's mail attached AGM minute's on 24th April 2016,  point no. 15 ;
" AGM noted expenses of Rs.3.5 lakhs towards CC TV; of this Rs.2 lakhs approximately was the contribution of the members.  COM has incurred the balance expenses as part of the capital expenditure ".

Refer capital expenses met for CC TV is Rs.3, 48,728.

Spent as per estimate approved by AGM. Not much more than estimate.

Regards
Deva

Dear Mr. Deva
Sri Govindan has accepted my challenge and I have stipulated what I need.
I close this subject as of now, upto the time of AGM. I have never questioned the
Figures mentioned but the methodology of accounting.  Let us not deal piece meal
And take up all issues raked by me which the committee retorted with EN MASS
Resignation.
Thank you for the pains taken
Regards
Seshadri
