AGM for the Financial Year 2017-18 - To be held on 22 Apr 2018 - Notice

Dear Members,

Please find attached the notice for AGM to be held on 22 Apr 2018 and the Nomination form thereof.

The notice is being sent to all members either by personal delivery (for those who are residing here) or by post (for those who are not residents), 

All are requested to attend the meeting and make it a success. In the interest of smooth running of the Association, it is the moral duty of all members to make it convenient to attend the same without fail or send their authorised representative to the meeting. 

The nomination form for election of members to COM is also attached. This form also contains the format for authorising your representative.

Thank you sir.  We will attend the same. 

One suggestion - Requesting the Questions and Answers to be reserved after the COM presents the report.  Else we seem to be focused on a particular thing and the rest of the topics do not get noticed
