Dear Final Year Jamuknights,

Please find the message from warden of Jamuna Hostel below.

Hello graduating students,
Ones who did not fill the form to have your rooms vacated, we assume that you will come to vacate your room. Please do this before end of September. Else, your stuff will be dumped in a common facility and room cleared. Thanks for your cooperation and happy graduation.

They packed all the stuffs from both the rooms. As per hostel office attendent, they called both of you but it wasnot picked. He told that they then packed everything available in the room.

Packing of all the rooms are done as per the last info I received. I will ask hostel office to cross verify your room. But they will do it tomorrow morning, since office is closed now.

I have sent all of your room nos.(1003,3014,2005,410,413,462,433) to the warden sir. He will get back to us tomorrow morning after he contacts the hostel office for information about what happened. if any other person also didnot receive the call please inform.
