Hi all,
I'm using a PIC18F25J53 for it's 12bit ADC feature.
I did not find any info in the datasheet regarding the minimum value for the ADC external reference. Unfortunately it doesn't have a real voltage reference inside, just a reference used for ADC offset correction and a brute reference with a resistor divider ( used with the comparator).
Any experience with this ADC microcontroller series?
thx

Hi!

The minimum reference is 3V, it is in table 31-30 on page 539 of document DS30009964C.pdf (PIC18F47J53 datasheet)

Greets,
Kiste
