Time for a new release jallib-1.6.0

Hi everyone, It's time to get started on a new release. 

If you have anything you wish to contribute or fix for final release package, please try to have it committed within the next 2 weeks.

I ran torelease.py which provided the following:

Hi Guys, I'll be making the beta package tomorrow. It's your last change to get anything in.

Hi, Rob pointed out that I may have run torelease.py against the wrong jallib version.

Are any of these needed in this release?

Hi Matt,

I did not create these libraries so I do now know why they are not in the release.

FYI. I already made a GitHub release for compiler version jalv25r4 in the  compiler branch.  When the final Jallib release is created I will also create a GitHub release for Jallib so that this version is tagged.
