Hi Bill,

Welcome.  Access to the server is managed by Matt Schinkel.

I do have a user account but I needed  that for writing some blog posts. For downloading an account is not needed. I am not aware of any restricted areas but I never looked for them.

Is there anything specific you are looking for?

Most support is here in this group. You may download the Jallib package or tutorial book from the website. There isn't much need to login.
