16F505 - ander probleem

Hi

I tought I knew enough, but..

I use the sample of the 16F505 with a resonator and the Picket3.

I get al lot of warnings and mistakes:

• Programming failed at Program Memory adress 0x000000
• Warning
  This device requires a minimum Vdd of 4,5V for bulk Erase Operations
  If yiou continue it may fail to erase or program properly
• OSCCAL Invalid Value detected

The chip has a Vdd of 5 V.

There is no OSCCAL in the sample.

The Pickit3 has the 16F505 as target.

The compiler gives no warnings.

What is the reason that the sample does not work (anymore)?

Hi Peter,

Never seen this error. Does the Pickit3 recognize the chip? Are the programming pins not connected to something else that might disturb the programming? Just checking.
