Hi! If I'm running Jaeger through plain executables (command line: ./jaeger-all-in-one), how should I specify the storage backend I am using?

If not, please elaborate what is unclear so that we can improve it.

Rinka Yoshida probably meant `--span-storage.type` vs. `SPAN_STORAGE_TYPE`.
As far as I remember, that's due to a technical limitation with the
configuration library we are using (Viper), as we have to parse the
storage type *before* we can setup the command line parsing.
