Using 0.8.9 Snapshot

Hi Team, 

I found the build for 0.8.9 Snapshot here:  https://www.jacoco.org/jacoco/trunk/doc/changes.html but was not able find in the maven repository. Any suggestions on how to test out the changes in the snapshot? 

Also, any do you guys any timelines on when 0.8.9 would be released?

Hi folks,

I wish the PR for https://github.com/jacoco/jacoco/issues/1215 and another one for assert statements could be merged before 0.8.9 🤔 and I want to use 0.8.9 too.
