Hi,
when I generate the reprot form  jacoco.exe by using cli command, I get the foll. error:
-----------------------------------------------------------
java -jar jacococli.jar report /scratch/coverage/coverage.jacoco --classfiles <path>

[INFO] Loading execution data file /scratch/coverage/coverage.jacoco.
[INFO] Analyzing 0 classes.
----------------------------------------
The path I am referring to the war file of our application,

Can any  tell me what is the issue? It does not generate any report

Thanks,
Veena

Hi Veena,

for whatever reason the tool cannot find any class files at the specified location. JaCoCo should be able to handle folders and ZIP (war) files recursively. Maybe the path is wrong? For testing purposed you might try to extract the class files for a directory and refer to the location of the directory.

In addition to what was said by Marc, you also need to specify which report you wanna generate and where - see parameters "--html", "--xml" and "--csv".
