Cannot install EclEmma 3.0.0 in eclipse Mars

I cannot install EclEmma 3.0.0 either from the eclipse marketplace, or as a direct download. If I try from the marketplace, an error dialog displays:
Artifact not found: http://update.eclemma.org/content.jar.
Artifact not found: http://update.eclemma.org/content.jar.
If I download the zip file from the site and follow the directions provided, nothing appears to have been installed. It says to unpack the zip in the eclipse dropins folder and restart. Nothing.

Just now I tried a fresh installation of Eclipse Mars and can successfully install EclEmma using Marketplace.
So my best guess: Maybe you need to configure proxy in your Eclipse? Can you install something else from Marketplace? Can you try fresh installation of Eclipse Mars?
Also consider switching to Eclipse Oxygen, where EclEmma is included into package "IDE for Java developer" by default.
