hi
I was able to generate the .exec file after i shutdown the tomcat. And i know i can analyze the report by importing it in eclipse.

Is there any other way where i can generate an HTML/csv file for reports.

Hi,

You can generate HTML and CSV reports using Ant or Maven, or by writing your custom report generator using a JaCoCo API - see documentation http://www.eclemma.org/jacoco/trunk/doc/
And as an example of API usage here is an unofficial command line tool - https://groups.google.com/d/msg/jacoco/ZiDSsrsqCOk/nRAqwOkZXvMJ

Best regards
