Hi,

we are using the latest version (0.7.7) of the jacoco-maven-plugin for a
standard project with "jar" packaging.

The report produced by the jacoco:report goal is nice, but we would also
like to see coverage for the tests (from src/test/java) themselves,
ideally in a separate "group" (like the groups the jacoco:report Ant
task supports).

While reporting test coverage for tests may seem odd, we found this
quite useful for sanity checking; if your tests have less than ~95%
coverage, it's likely that something went wrong, for example because you
didn't follows Maven's *Test.java naming convention.

Is this possible at the moment?

Best wishes,

Andreas

thank you for the pointer. I'll have an eye on that issue then.
