JaCoCo Support for methods which always throw an exception

Hello.

We are encountering the following issue:

https://github.com/jacoco/eclemma/issues/61

Would it be possible to add support for an annotation like @NoReturn or @AlwaysThrows so that JaCoCo can recognize this particular issue and appropriately generate coverage for the lines which result in exceptions being thrown in the example above?
