I'm eager to start using the CLI that's going to be in the next release. Is there a rough estimate or date for when the 0.7.10 will be available for download?

And as addition:

Next release consists not only of CLI, but also filtering where we have unfinished tickets.

As of ETA - our contribution to Eclipse Oxygen is in a good shape, so that we should come back to work on JaCoCo shortly.
