Moving publishing from Sonatype OSSRH to "Central Portal"

Due to tight deadline imposed by Sonatype:

Greetings OSSRH Publisher,

As you may have heard, OSSRH is reaching end of life on June 30, 2025.
OSSRH users need to migrate their namespaces to the Central Portal as
soon as possible.

I decided to tackle the issue, and let namespace "tools.jackson" be
migrated over.
This contains Jackson 3.0.0 versions of Jackson components (from branch "3.x").
Although I think I have figured out changes needed, there may be some
time period during which things won't really work wrt 3.x builds, so
please bear with me.

Once things are resolved well enough, I can and need to tackle the
bigger "com.fasterxml" namespace. :)

Anyway, this is just a warning that CI and builds in general may be in
flux for a while now.

After successful publishing of Jackson 3.0.0-rc5 via Sonatype Central
Portal repo, I requested migration of "com.fasterxml" namespace, and
this has now happened. I will try to convert Jackson branches 2.18,
2.19 and 2.x to work with it: this will take time so patience will be
appreciated -- snapshot builds will probably not fully work for a day
or two until I get everything sorted out.

Quick update: I think I managed to upgrade all core FasterXML jackson
repositories (except for jackson-module-scala that PJ handles), so
Snapshot access/build/publish should again work for branches 2.18 and
up
(older ones won't be update unless there's critical need for
micro-batch publish or something).

This upgrade went much smoother than I expected :)
