Creating Jackson 2.14 branches; change github default branches to 2.14

Quick note: after Jackson 2.13.0 release, some time to gather bug
fixes (very few so far, for whatever reason -- slow adoption or good
release?), it is time to create a separate 2.14 branch to separate
2.13.x patches from improvements to go in 2.14.
So far I have done this for core (annotations, streaming, databind)
components, standard dataformats and modules. To be done are datatype
modules, JAX-RS/Jakarta-RS providers; as well as Scala and Kotlin
modules (I'll file GH issues for the last two to let maintainers do
that).
I will also change the default github branch for all modules to be for
2.14 (except for some modules where "master" is 2.14, as they are not
planned to be upgraded to 3.0).
This is mostly just an FYI, unless you are a module owner.
