Will be mostly offline for next 2.5 weeks, back by mid-August

Quick PSA: I will be taking some time off (yay!) and travelling. While
I may check my email occasionally, and maybe even add a note or two at
Github, I will not be doing any development work until I come back.
This will probably block merging changes to Jackson core components,
but some other modules are fine (like Scala and Kotlin).

This also means that there's some more time to find possible bugs in
2.13.0-rc1, report them.

And I am back! Since there is a bit of accumulation of email
correspondence, bug reports and so on, there will still be
some delay for my updates.
Thank you everyone who reported issues as well as (and especially)
community members who helped answering questions
and adding updates.

From quick look it appears like we might not need another RC for 2.13
and could perhaps proceed with official 2.13.0 within a week or two.
