It all depends on what you mean by compatibility, but as far as I
know, yes, it is possible to use Jackson on JDK 11.
I am on JDK8 myself so I don't have actual operational knowledge but
unit tests pass and I assume there are users on JDK 9+ who can share
their experiences.
