Error with the 2024-07 update

Dear Community,

I just tried the new 2024-07 update and have now an error with the SimEntity I never experienced before with the same CFG files.

It permantently shows below and also for each moving the dot the name "EntityGenerator1"

Hello,

I had the same issue some days ago. During a modelling phase I tried to run the model and I saw labels on the SimEntity and on its instances, that I didn't unhide by myself...

Luckily, It was sufficient to restore the Show = FALSE in the EntityLabel object inside the Graphics Objects list to hide again the lable, and the issue didn't happen again.

If the PrototypeEntity for the EntityGenerator has a label, the EntityGenerator will create clones that include the label. If you don't want the clones to include labels, then delete the label for the PrototypeEntity.

This change occurred in release 2024-07 because the EntityLabel for an object became a child entity for the object instead of a separate independent entity, e.g. SimEntity1.Label instead of SimEntity1_Label.

Hi Harry,

I tried deleting the label under the PrototypeEntity and it works fine. However, the second time I run the simulation it pops up again. If I view the .cfg file, there is no entry for "PrototypeEntity.Label Show" either. What am I missing here?
