FreePBX SIP trunk to Ivoz Standalone Retail account, no working

Hello,

We have a FreePBx system and we are interesting in connect with IVOZ via SIP trunk and Retail accounts,

Always the same error in IVOZ: SIP/2.0 407 Proxy Authentication Required.

Asterisk SIP trunk configuration:
secret=xxxxx
type=friend
host=IVOZ.IP
context=from-internal
disallow=all
allow=alaw
defaultuser=RetailIVoz
fromuser=RetailIVoz
fromdomain=IVOZ.IP
insecure=port,invite
qualify=yes
sendrpid=pai
trustrpid=yes
canreinvite=no
send_pai=yes


Can you help me about this?

Hi Antonio J!

I think you are going to solve it at this point in the documentation
You are missing the registration part


FreePBX has web wizards that must be compatible with this config.



Trick: Do not dismiss the documentation, the developer team are very very good and they think of everything!!!!

IF you check my SIP configuration is very similar to the documentation. I check exactly the documentation config. But for example Registred string, always return " Failed to authenticate on REGISTER to"

Hi Antonio,

Are you using the configured brand domain in fromdomain setting? It seems you're using Kamailio Users IP.

Also an initial 407 response is normal, it's a challenge containing the Authorization data that asterisk must use for the next request.

Check kam_users table in ivozprovider and verify your Retail account name, domain and password there.

I checked DB, Is the same credentials. Sip Domain is configured in Brand profile.

I was bad, if you read 407 is that you're in registering procedure :)

But you image says domain ivoz.abbastelecom.net, is it configured to FreePBX?
fromdomain=IVOZ.IP

If the problem is the domain, you will see in kamtail-proxyusers from cmd

ivoz.abbastelecom.net = 10.0.81.33
IVOZ.IP = 10.0.81.33

domain section in Retail account is configured from global brand.

I attached some log of kamtail-proxyusers.

Have you tried changing your trunk configuration to:

host=ivoz.abbastelecom.net

Ok, thanks for the information, now SIP trunk is registered.
I'm very confused with Kamailio. We configured the carrier for external calls and routed retail account to our carrier.
We are behind NAT and I configured Proxy trunks with our public IP and local address in carriers, our public IP.
We can´t do the external calls.
