Hello,

I am not a new ITK user, but I am struggling with how to open a 4D DICOM with the new v4.0. The structure I have works for software like Horos. I have the data organized into subfolders for each timpoint as below, where the last number (402, 403, 404, etc.) is the Series Number in the metadata.
Subfolders.png
Within each timepoint, 256 images are named as below:
Filenames.png
Each timepoint has identical filenames. By this I mean that the first image for the 1% timepoint and the 51% timepoint is "IM-0001-0001-0001.dcm".

ITK-SNAP asks me to browse for files, not folders, and the program does not seem to recognize when I select one of these images that there are multiple timepoint folders. How should the DICOM files be structured? Do I need to order them into the same folder? Will I need to change the series number or something else in the metadata?

Thank you,
Noah

Hi Noah,

ITK-SNAP does not support reading 4D dicom from multiple folders. You could try putting all files into the same folder to see if it works.

Best,
Jilei
