Holding del key weird input

Hello. Recently after updating I am getting a weird behaviour while I hold del on Neovim.

If I keep pressing del it works fine and deletes the next character.

If I hold del it starts inserting "<M-S-D-Del><M-S-D-Del>..." instead of deleting.

I am not sure what should I change, I tried on the Keys settings of my profile playing around but nothing, anyone has any idea?

On a different terminal it's not happening.
