Hello everyone,

I've been facing an issue with iTerm2 related to trackpad gestures, specifically with the swipe tabs function. I've set up my system so iTerm2 should allow tab switching with three fingers, as indicated in my settings. To keep everything consistent, I use the same plist configuration file for iTerm2 across all my computers.

Here's where the problem arises:

-  Personal Laptop: Even though iTerm2 is set for three-finger swiping, I can actually swipe tabs with just two fingers.
-  Work Laptop: Neither two-finger nor three-finger swiping works, despite having the same trackpad settings and iTerm2 configurations.

My accessibility options are configured to enable features like dragging and dropping with three fingers. I'm puzzled by this discrepancy and am looking for insights into what might be causing it.

Both use iterm2 nightly version.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

This should be controlled by system settings > trackpad > more gestures > swipe between pages. But it’s also possible that there’s an accessibility option that is interfering. Can you share a screenshot of the system settings that affect three finger gestures?
