Project Description:
Responsibilities Include
o Visualize and help craft essential communications for our leadership team and product community of practice
o Support Agile and Product Practices leadership team in our continuous improvement in areas such as meeting cadences, communications, information radiators and more.
o Manage the central hub and single-source of truth for Agile and Product information helping us radiate and create clarity on progress, stories, and other content we seek to bring to the organization
o Assist in the development and communication of training and facilitation material with agile coaches
o Support the Product Community of Practices in organization of enterprise-wide training and events
We Are Seeking Someone Who Is:
o Optimize our team for the outcomes of efficiency and accessibility of our information
o Communication maven with skillset to simplify and communicate in a variety of written and visual mediums (Powerpoint, Confluence, Miro Online Whiteboard). Always seeks to make the most useful and usable content.
o A simplifier. Someone who can take complex concepts and messages and make them easy to understand digestible information
o Comfortable with ambiguity and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously while driving to completion
o Flexible and adaptable to change. Excels at working in an evolving and dynamic environment driving cultural change across the organization where we are constantly discovering the best ways of working.
o Understands and values a “lean” approach to team operations. Always seeks to drive the most value with the least effort.
Skills Overview:
What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications/Marketing, Business, or related field
• Three or more years of relevant experience working in Business or Product environment
• One or more years of relevant experience in building communications for leadership teams in a large enterprise
• Experience with varied software delivery methodologies such as forms of Agile Development, and/or Lean Development helpful but not required
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
• Four or more years of relevant experience working in communications, project management, operations role
• Two or more years of relevant experience in building communications for leadership and teams in a large enterprise in IT/Product/Agile Teams
• Experience with Miro, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in User Experience / Visual Design
• Experience working in a coaching / training environment
Interview Process Overview:
1. 25 min call and intro
2. 30+ min interview with panel
