Job Description:
· 8+ years of experience in performance testing area.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to gather the non-functional requirements.
· Analyze the logs using Splunk or any other log analyzer tool to determine the workload profile.
· Identify the critical performance test scenarios.
· Strong performance testing grounding with experience developing and implementing performance test strategies.
· Design, develop and execute performance test scripts as per Non Functional Requirements using Loadrunner/Jmeter.
· Execute various performance tests including load test, stress test, endurance test, capacity test using Performance Center/Jmeter.
· Effectively monitor the system resources during performance tests using tools like Appdynamics, HP Sitescope, Instana, Jconsole etc.
· Analyze the performance test results & provide the recommendations to improve the performance.
· Effectively communicate the performance test results after each performance tests, daily/weekly status to all stakeholders.
· Actively participant in the scrum meetings & daily testing meetings.
· Update & maintain the documents repository of artifacts related to performance test plan, execution & closure.
· Mentor and train the new members in performance testing areas .
· Expertise in Performance Test Management and Estimations.
