Job Description:

This test analyst will be working with a test lead on a project for the replacement/upgrade to the interactive voice response (IVR) system.

The IVR system will integrate with other existing systems that will also need to be validated.       

 

Working experience in a formal SDLC/STLC process and testing methodologies and adherence to good testing practices.	Required 6 Years.
Expertise in planning designing and execution of complex testing solutions including End to End testing.	Required 6 Years.
Proficiency in ID''ing Test Scenarios, Creating and Updating Test Cases, Test Data, Executing test cases, Logging and tracking defects.	Required 6 Years
Effective communication with Project Managers, test leads, systems analysts, developers, BAs and client.	Required 6 Years
ability to multitask and make decisions	Required 6 Years
QA Certification	Desired
Ability to explain complex test scenarios to the client in	Required 6 Years
IVR and call center testing experience	Required 6 Years
Genesys Pure Engage or similar tool experience	Highly desired  6 Years
