Job Title: BUSINESS ANALYST
Location: RAPIDS, MI
Our client, Spectrum Health is seeking a Business Analyst with strong healthcare background and MUST be able to go for a FACE-TO-FACE interview on-site in Grand Rapids, MI
Description:
• Responsible for planning,
designing, analyzing and testing various programs or software to assess usage
rate and business fit.
• Consults with users to identify current system requirements and
determine programming and/or application functional requirements with the
purpose of determining upgrade paths as needed.
• Writes/updates documentation to describe application changes for
program development and updates application records in enterprise inventory
systems.
• Gains an in-depth understanding of the business applications and
product functionality to be tested, providing expertise in understanding what
to test, as well as how it should be tested.
• Develops, writes and tests/debugs test suites, to verify
applications and processes perform according to documented quality
standards
• Excellent communicator, with a passion for product quality;
feels at home as part of a highly productive team
• Fully participates in the Software Development Lifecycle, with
an Agile approach. Works with the project team to ensure quality throughout the
product lifecycle, including reviewing specifications, developing schedules,
and resolving issues.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience typically gained through
skills/knowledge/abilities in planning, design, testing, implementation,
support, analysis of programs and software, and or a participant in multiple
phases of an integrated system implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with automated testing tools and practices
• Experience working within Healthcare
