Description:
Client is looking for a Workday Integration Developer
This is a government position in Augusta, Maine.
This is a 1 year position

Top 3 skills:  Studio, EIB and Web Services experience.  Workday - Payroll & Benefits background.
Design, develop, and document interfaces using Workday integrations tools.
Conduct unit, end-to-end and payroll parallel testing of interfaces to ensure they function as designed based on functional and technical requirements.
Analyze vendor test results and communicate results with business and functional teams.
Analyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications
Consult with business, vendor, and technical teams about interface design and maintenance.
Workday EIBs - Advanced
Workday Document Transformations - Advanced
Workday Studio - Advanced
Workday Connectors - Intermediate
Workday Web Services - Intermediate
SOAP and REST Web Services - Intermediate

SOM is responsible for the development and testing of 50 interfaces. The estimated effort to complete this work is approximately 1 FTE greater than the current staffing levels. The new solution cannot go live without the complete migration of all interfaces.

Job Description:
Project Manager : Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
Senior (60-84 Months)Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others.  May have an advanced education.
1.60 months of experience managing project execution and control, including maintaining project budgets, schedules, scope requirements, status reports, and quality standards.
2.60 months of experience as lead project manager of IT related projects.
3.48 months of experience managing project schedules and resources using Microsoft Project.
4.48 months of Project Management experience implementing health or nutrition related projects.
5.48 months of Project Management experience leading projects with direct stakeholder involvement at state government director level or above.
648 months of Project Management experience managing expectations of and communicating with stakeholders.
748 months of experience in managing multiple concurrent Federal or State agency projects.
8Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology related field, from an accredited institution.

Position: Business Analyst with OpenText
Location: Albany NY
Duration: 24 Months+
Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Staff will perform the full range of business analyst tasks, such as, but not limited to:

•Work with program staff to analyze and document business and reporting requirements, business/workflow processes, data flows, and system interfaces.
•Work with developers, data analysts, and contractors on gap analysis and logical design.
•Work with business, developers, analysts, and testers to ensure completeness of test plans and test scenarios.
•Develop all or portions of the following project artifacts as needed using MS Office and Visio: Business Requirements Priority Matrix, Business Requirements Document, Gap Analysis Document, Functional/Technical Specifications, Use Cases, Screen and Interface Design Document, others as identified.
•Compile reports and activity status as requested by the project manager.
•Work well in a matrixed team structure, often facilitating multi-disciplinary teams, translating business/program subject matter information into project artifacts.

1.84 months experience as a Business Analyst working on software enhancements or new development project(s) gathering and prioritizing business requirements with users and documenting business requirements.
2.84 months experience with analysis and documentation of complex business rules, workflow processes, and re-engineering business processes.
3.84 months of experience leading meetings and facilitating requirements sessions with business/program subject matter experts including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and security requirements
4.36 months experience on projects utilizing the out of the box capabilities of IBM FileNet Case Manager to provide the basis for project workflows.
5.36 months experience as a Business Analyst on projects using the OpenText Captiva suite of tools for document scanning.
6.36 months experience as a Business Analyst on Enterprise Content Management projects.
7.60 months experience working on projects with process flow and architectural diagram development using tools such as MS Visio or related tools for use in requirements or technical documents.
