Job Description : 
This role would suit an Engineer with 3+ years’ experience with strong skill set of Java and Selenium Web driver. This role will also support writing and maintaining automation test suites and testcases. Experience in writing SQL queries is required. Experience in developing Test Automation framework in Selenium Web driver along with financial/tax experience knowledge is a big plus.

Must Have Skills

• Solid work experience in UI automation using Selenium Web driver & Java.
• Experience in developing, executing and maintaining automation suite, should be able to debug automation run issues, run daily reports, triage logs etc.
• Quick learner and detail oriented. Good data analysis skill.
• Ability to understand functional specifications from the customer perspective and design appropriate acceptance tests in automation format.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different levels of stakeholders in application delivery, QA and business groups.
• Experience of working in tight deadlines in a mature time-boxed testing environment
• Be able to demonstrate consistent and good judgement of assessing severity of issues.
• Understanding of multi-tiered technology architecture.
• Well versed in writing complex SQL queries
• Knowledge of Functional SQL functions
• Experience Testing and Debugging API/webservices testing and related tools like Postman, Rest Assured etc.

Desirable skills

• ISTQB certification or equivalent
• Solid understanding of automation test principles.
• Preferably having knowledge in testing tools like JIRA, qTest and any other testing tool
